“I often get asked by aspiring models how to break into and navigate this competitive industry. Spending hours explaining the intricacies made me realize how much young talent needs guidance. I keep meeting many aspiring models who are in the same situation as I was a few years ago which motivated me to guide people.

Agencies often don’t have the time to nurture talent as they compete with other agencies, and models are competing with each other. If you think you can succeed just because you’re attractive, know that you’re entering a fiercely competitive market and might be quickly overlooked. I encourage those who are genuinely passionate about their craft to pursue this industry. If your passion isn’t at least a 9/10, it might not be the right path for you, as it can lead to financial loss and heartbreaks.
